Since the outbreak of the Covid-19, the North Korea has closed it customs routes which greatly impact the worldwide hair replacement system industry becasue 90% of the hair system is done in North Korea.

The adding hair part of our hair system is done in North Korea, now we cannot send our custom hair system to North Korea for the next processing, and our finished stock hair system cannot be sent back. Therefore, there is fewer hair systems on the market and the price is higher.

In the past years, we are not just waiting for the North Korea to open its customs routes, we also try our best to build up a new processing line in China. Now most hair systems can be done in China, but the processing time will be longer than past. The average time of the custom hair system is 12-16 weeks, the rush service takes 8-12weeks which needs the extra $59.

I believe this problem is not the fault of either of us, as long as we are willing to work together, good communication can help us solve the problem better.
